Pilates Reformer is a Pilates exercise method that uses a training device called a Reformer Machine. This machine is essentially a bed with springs, pulleys, ropes, and support bars to allow for deep and safe muscle training.
Reformer helps trainees gain better control of their movements and focuses on strength, flexibility, and balance training while reducing impact on the joints.
