Exercises to relieve back pain

Back pain is caused by repetitive movements, incorrect posture while sitting, and stress, leading to tension in the neck, shoulders, and upper back. Generally, mild back pain resolves on its own, but severe or prolonged back pain can significantly impact daily life.

Exercises for plantar fasciitis

The thigh muscles, which connect to the calf muscles, bear weight and are therefore important muscles, yet they are often overlooked. Thigh muscle pain often stems from a lack of flexibility in the thigh muscles, exercise-related injuries, and insufficient warm-up before exercise. This can lead to sudden muscle spasms or excessive tightness. Over time, this accumulated thigh pain can develop into thigh muscle inflammation.
